MyDream Mattress Warranty
A good mattress should give you peace of mind—not just a good night’s sleep. That’s why all MyDream mattresses come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty, so you can rest easy knowing you're covered.
What’s Covered
We take pride in the quality of our mattresses. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the internal structure—like springs or foam layers—that aren’t caused by regular use.
If something’s not right within the warranty period, we’ll take a look and, if needed, arrange for a repair or replacement of the affected part.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Fabric issues like stains, burns, or pilling
- Normal body impressions from sleeping
- Comfort preferences (e.g. mattress feels too soft or too firm)
- Smells that come from new materials
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect handling
Comfort is personal, and all mattresses will settle with time. These are natural and not considered defects.
How to Make a Claim
If you need to make a claim, just email us at customersvc@furn2.com with:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos of the issue
- A short description
Our team will get back to you and guide you through the next steps.
Things to Note
- Any repairs or replacements won’t extend the original warranty period.
- After the 10-year period, you can still contact us—we’ll do our best to help, but costs for parts, labour, or transport may apply.
